We endeavor to get orders shipped within two working days after an order placement (status: completed) and will be sent via the selected Royal Mail shipping service you have selected at checkout.
We do not aim to make profit from posting, all postage costs are printed on the packaging label and receipts available on request.
Please make sure all addresses, postcodes, and contact information are correct. Any incorrect information may delay your order, and reduce the chance of a successful delivery. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an address error, the item will be return back to you via a cost effective postage service. If the item is required urgently in this rare case please contact us.
When using a tracked/signed-for service, your order will be updated with the tracking number (note is may take up to 24hrs for the tracking information to be updated).
We will soon be offering non-tracked and alternative services for smaller items.
